Pre-MOT Checks & MOT’s
Rather than putting your car in for an MOT test and having it fail, why not let Norfolk Auto Services give it a pre-MOT check?
We’ll go right through the vehicle, putting right anything that would be considered a fail by the MOT testing station, then we’ll take your car for its MOT test for you and bring it back with its pass certificate.

MOT Repairs
If your vehicle has failed its MOT test, Norfolk Auto Solutions can offer you a convenient and cost-effective MOT repair service. We will do the repairs on your vehicle using manufacturer approved parts, then take it for a re-test saving you time and money.
An MOT failure can be a real inconvenience – especially with the new rules that came into effect in May 2018. These rules state that if a fault is deemed ‘dangerous’ the vehicle cannot be driven on a public highway, so it must stay at a ‘place of repair’ until it’s drivable again. This seems to have led to some of the more unscrupulous garages failing vehicles and not letting owners drive away in them, stating that the vehicle will have to stay and be repaired on their site.
Incase of MOT Failure
As a mobile mechanic/auto repair service we can get around this issue as we are ‘the place of repair.’
We’ll be able to pick up your vehicle from the MOT station and take it back to your home or our workshops, whichever is the nearest.
Your vehicle will be repaired and re-tested, then brought back to you with a full years’ MOT.
